Terms & Conditions of Venue Use & Liability Waiver

1. Venue Use & Compliance

Clients, guests, vendors, and third parties must adhere strictly to all operational guidelines and regulations governing the permitted use of the venue, facilities, and equipment provided by Tri-Me Events & Services LLC. Unlawful activity, unauthorized modifications, or exceeding venue capacity limits are strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping on the premises, loitering outside the venue, and littering in the parking lots are strictly prohibited. Violations of these rules will result in additional assessment fees.

2. Limitation of Liability & Personal Injury Release

Tri-Me Events & Services LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall bear no liability or financial responsibility for personal injury, illness, bodily harm, slip-and-falls, or loss and damage to personal property incurred by clients, guests, vendors, or attendees while on the premises. Clients agree to assume all risk, hold harmless, and indemnify Tri-Me Events & Services LLC from any claims or liabilities.

3. Property Damage Waiver & Card Authorization

Clients are fully responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or excessive wear and dirtiness to the venue, equipment, materials, furniture, or surrounding property caused by the client, guests, or vendors. Tri-Me Events & Services LLC is explicitly authorized to charge the payment card on file for the full cost of all repairs, replacement, restoration, or specialized cleaning fees incurred.

4. Digital Acceptance for Online Publishing

Accessing the site, reserving the venue, or making a digital payment constitutes full binding acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
